Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
